Ordering & Pickup Policies
Ordering & Payment
- Standard orders for Friday–Sunday pickup must be placed by 11:59 PM ET Wednesday of that week.
- Standard orders are confirmed only after payment is completed through our secure checkout at the time of ordering.
- Please use our online order form. We do not accept orders through Instagram DMs or text messages.
Event Orders
- Orders of 50 or more require an event inquiry at least 14 days before pickup.
- Orders of 50–99 require full payment. Orders of 100 or more require a 50% reservation payment, with the balance due seven days before pickup.
- Final quantities and flavors are due seven days before pickup.

Residential Pickup
- Demetrio's is an Ohio-licensed home bakery offering pickup by appointment at a residential location in Westerville.
- The exact address and arrival instructions are provided after payment.
- There is no storefront, walk-in service or unscheduled pickup. Please arrive during your confirmed pickup window.
- Late arrivals may be moved to the end of the scheduled window; another pickup time cannot be guaranteed.
